I feel that I was totally ripped off. I purchased the cross bars for $350. They charged me $350 to "install" them. Then when they discovered that my Thule cargo carrier would not align I purchased the cross bars for $350. They charged me $350 to "install" them. Then when they discovered that my Thule cargo carrier would not align properly and needed to have an extra hole drilled, they charged me another $100 to drill the 4 holes. When I got it home and took off the carrier, one of the holes was not in the correct place and I had to force it to come off. I intend to call to make sure that they rotated the tires as they were supposed to do and to find out how they intend to either refund me $25 or make good. The best part was that they gave me a loaner since they did not know how long the service would take. More

Brought the car in to install door trim and was not disappointed. Job was completed in under two hours and was done right. Car was returned shining from a car wash. Well done! However, I showed the service rep what appears to be paint peeling on the right rear corner of the car and was told treasure coast lexus does not have a paint shop and I would have to go to the Lexus dealer in Ft Lauderdale. I am terribly disappointed as my car is a 2025 NX and driving to Ft Lauderdale is just rediculous. I'm not sure what I am going to do but a trip to Ft Lauderdale is not in my future. I went for an oil change and days later my oil lights came back on. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone to resolve the issue. I call 5 times today and was given the run around. Everyone was welcoming and respectful. My husband and I went to Treasure Coast Lexus to service our 2019 car. While there, we walked around the dealership looking at the new cars. Paul Licausi spoke to us and answered some questions my husband asked him. We received a very nice note over the mail from Mr. Licausi offering his service. We went back to the dealership, met with him, and purchased a 2025 Lexus TX 350. The entire experience was very pleasant, and we did not feel pressured at all to buy a car. We are very happy customers. More

Treasure Coast Lexus makes the boring but necessary chore of getting a car serviced a pleasure. Josue the tech, was friendly and knowledgeable. A few of the associates there came over and asked if they coul of getting a car serviced a pleasure. Josue the tech, was friendly and knowledgeable. A few of the associates there came over and asked if they could assist me in any way. While waiting for the work on my car to be finished, I had a cup of coffee and read the Wall Street Journal. This was pleasant. The complimentary car wash was an unexpected benefit. My Lexus was ready, on time and best of all, it was all covered under the Lexus warranty. More
