Lack of communication, worst customer service, they take no notes every person that call you back you have to explain again. They don’t help you if you want to get your own financial bank, they just ignore no notes every person that call you back you have to explain again. They don’t help you if you want to get your own financial bank, they just ignore you and force you to use their financial even if you are Pre-Approved I will not recommend them and even if you put a $500 hold on a vehicle More
