Christy Mcclyde help put me and my family in a new 2021 Nissan rogue. The process was very fast compared to other dealerships I been to. Christy Mcclyde is an excellent worker. Purchased vehicle requires over $3000 in repairs 23 days after driving off the lot. Now on day 13 trying to get repairs authorized and made, so we can use it. Had to get to corporate office in Charlotte t after driving off the lot. Now on day 13 trying to get repairs authorized and made, so we can use it. Had to get to corporate office in Charlotte to get responses. Hopefully will have drivable vehicle next week. This is my second purchase from this dealer. Last year, they were great. Hoping this is one-off problem as everyone has a bad day. More
