Typically, I do my services with Elle, and she is amazing!! (Hi Elle!). However, she wasn't in today, and I was assisted by Josh instead. He is fantastic!! I had the pleasure of witnessing him effort amazing!! (Hi Elle!). However, she wasn't in today, and I was assisted by Josh instead. He is fantastic!! I had the pleasure of witnessing him effortlessly multi-task and go above and beyond for the customer he was assisting before I walked up to his counter and managed to do so without letting me feel disregarded or ignored. He seamlessly went from helping the customer to talking to her insurance agent then to the insurance inspector and then to me without missing a beat. His calm demeanor and professionalism are truly par none. I came in for a service but he also assisted me with an issue with one of my tires. As it turned out, there was a nail in it and he wasn't going to let me leave until it was addressed, which I very much appreciated. Again, he (just like everyone I've had the pleasure of working with at the Tustin Mazda service department) is stellar! I also need to give Charlie a shout out! He kept me (and Josh) quite entertained. I was honestly having a bad morning until Josh and Charlie cheered me up with their kindness. So much so that I (almost) didn't mind the (close to) $300 bill! 10 out of 10 experience! More

Josh was accommodating & communicative all while making me feel very comfortable dealing with an unexpected sun roof repair.
