The automated system to the dealership has to be the worst i have ever experienced. I tried getting a hold of someone in the service department and the automated system wanted me to input an extension n worst i have ever experienced. I tried getting a hold of someone in the service department and the automated system wanted me to input an extension number to a extension number I was not provided. Nobody called me to let me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. My vehicle was in the service department longer than it should of been because nobody communicated with me. Had to take a UBER to pick up my vehicle hoping it was ready because I did not want to bother anyone to take me to the dealership because I didn't want to waste thier time if my vehicle wasn't ready. I had better service when it was the previous owners FOX FORD. You need to really fix the automated telephone system. This would of helped me out alot. Next time I'll find another FORD dealership that is more reliable. More

My car took three hours for an oil change. I did not get any of the manufactures recalls done although they said they would do them. This service station was unprofessional taking walk ins bef I did not get any of the manufactures recalls done although they said they would do them. This service station was unprofessional taking walk ins before my appointment. My car didn’t get in to be fixed until an hour after my appointment. Honestly I would go to this location as a last resort but I would be afraid that the work done would not be adequate. Lastly, my tps was not completed leaving me to have to schedule another inconvenient appointment. I would not recommend to friends nor family. More

so I received a recall for two items to be recalled. Once I received the paperwork after picking up my car five hours later I noticed only one recall was done so I called the dealer back and spoke with Once I received the paperwork after picking up my car five hours later I noticed only one recall was done so I called the dealer back and spoke with joshua and he said the other recall is done only if you have issues. My thing is. They should explain this to the customer before they pick up the car or when they pick up the car so that we are not left wondering why the other one was not done. I am really not satisfied with the service at that dealership at all this generation just really needs to know how to communicate. Customer service is key and anything that you do, and if you don't have customer service, you may as well have xxxx. More
