Joshua quickly responded to an issue I raised and did so with genuine concern. He spent a great deal of time and effort addressing my issue in the sale, and frankly went so above and beyond that his service with genuine concern. He spent a great deal of time and effort addressing my issue in the sale, and frankly went so above and beyond that his service is nothing less than truly amazing. He is the general manager for Five Star Ford and easily could have handed this off to subordinates, but he personally took ownership of meeting the issue. He was kind and generous to me and I am grateful to have met and gotten to know him in addition to the sales experience. My family and I have been FSF customers for over 20 years, and Joshua is the prime example of why we return to this dealership. More

Took vehicle in for regular service. Was told it had a bad front motor mount. I explained to Leymi I had the PREMIUM extended warranty and according to my copy of 'terms and conditio Was told it had a bad front motor mount. I explained to Leymi I had the PREMIUM extended warranty and according to my copy of 'terms and conditions' it should be covered. Leymi informed me it was NOT covered. I needed car back as soon as possible, so i agreed to pay for repair myself. Upon returning home, I called Ford and found out is WAS covered. It took me calling Davis Hill , in finance, from whom I purchased extended warranty from, then to be 'handed off' to M.M. Ross who seemed to not want to 'give me the time of day' about rectifying my problem. O took copies of "term and conditions' and repair bill down and personally handed them to him. He said he would get back to me in a 'day or two'. 4 WEEKS later NO response, so I finally got in touch with Josh Fichter, the GENERAL manager and he looked into it and agreed it WAS covered and I would have refund coming in mail. That was THREE weeks ago and NO refund.Seems this managements word isn't worth much. Dealership already lost one vehicles sale to my immediate family. Looks like I need to find a Ford dealership whose word means something these days.. Back a few years ago, when Terry Rich was GM, NONE of this would have dragged out as long as this has.. I cannot say enough good things about five star. I live two hours away and William May took care of everything. The deal was a little complicated but that was no problem. My wife and I went to the dealership to look for a replacement truck for our family on Saturday October 28th. We arrived at the dealership and saw a couple of trucks that we wanted to look at. When we walked up to the door the salesman that was standing at the door turn around and left the area. I told my wife let's go the the other side and look at some other trucks. Then we walled back up to the door and it happen again. I told my wife get into he car and let go. The next dealership we went to we bought a brand new truck because of the professionalism that we received from them. Yes it was raining but do you not sale cars and trucks when it is raining. More

I have bought many new vehicles from Five Star Ford over the last 9 years and I have always got five star treatment, both during and also after the sale when I need service.
