We weren't very familiar with the car we were buying so before we went on a test drive Josh sat in the back and explained all of the features of the car to us. I found this vehicle on line and had already made my mind up that we would be driving down to the Fort to take her for a test drive. We spoke to "Tex" whom I have to say is one the most sincere and honest young men I have met in this arena of car sales gurus. Yes sir this young man did his homework and knew every square inch of the vehicle from front to back, spent quality time with us making us feel as though we were already part of the O'Daniel family...what an impressive young man! When I mentioned (wearing one of my g'zillion Notre Dame shirts he immediately introduced me to another phenomenal asset to your team in Dave Carroll. What an awesome guy and for certain we had lots to talk about, both being ND fans and ties to the school beyond just being a fan. Then it was off to see the young lady in F & I and what a sweetheart she was explaining absolutely every detail of our financing and extended warranties which we did take advantage of by the way. Then, he gave me his cell number in case I had any more questions. We returned the next day and another salesman assisted us with a second test drive but was not trying to make the sale though it was Shawn's day off. We returned the next morning and Shawn assisted us with the sale. I really appreciated the way that they all seemed to work together as a team. It was a smooth, efficient and FUN transaction!
