When I arrived, Mark saw me coming and was at the door before I was up the steps. He was friendly, curteous and prepared to show me the vehicles. Within 15 minutes I had my car picked out and test driving! Extremely, appreciative of his consideration of my time and interests. Next step was closing the deal paperwork. Josh B. did a great job of explaining warranty and protection options that gave you the info you needed to make the best decision for your situation. My fiancé & I were treated with nothing but genuine respect from the time we walked in to the time we walked out with our new Jeep. Pat Garrett & Josh Burkhardt were easy to work with—and KNOWLEDGEABLE. I do a lot of research on cars and call myself somewhat of a guru but they actually taught me so much. Nothing is more of a turn off than when you go to a dealer and you know more about the vehicle than your salesperson. This was not the case with Pat & Josh. We felt respected & taken care of. The whole process was just easy. Pat has customers for life out of us. Thanks so much! More

Lied, mislead and then lied some more We needed to turn in a vehicle that was off lease and called ahead to ask for help in dealing with the situation. The sales guy showed us an SUV we liked so we moved on to the "deal" phase where things rapidly went wrong. Staff kept us waiting more than two hours with no contact, sales rep misrepresented the deal and would have left us with a large bill from the leasing company if we'd signed. I finally walked out and had to come back the next day to complete things. Singed paperwork agreeing to trade in/pay off my vehicle and purchase the new vehicle, which we are happy with once they dealer took a shot a resolving delivery issues like tape on the windshield and cob webs in the door latch. Now 30+ days later, dealership is holding title paperwork saying we owe them additional fees related to our trade that they have no control over. The worst part is that they have known about this issue for weeks and didn't bother to tell us until a few days ago. More
