He showed us a couple of very nice cars and within 2 hours we bought a very nice 2023 rav4. Then we went to the finance dept for payment/paperwork and Mr.Josh Tulledge there, again a very professional and nice person, completed everything in no time. I requested Ed Martin to deliver the car to my house and was willing to pay for it and to my surprise they not only delivered the car ASAP and free of cost to my house which is 22 miles away but also the gas tank was full and the car was more cleaner than before. This free immedieate delivery and full gas tank really made my day and also tells a lot about Ed Martin. Last week we visited a few other dealerships but could not find car that we really liked and in our budget at the same time. On the contrary Ed Martin had a very huge collection of cars that were not only in very prime condition but also in very good prices. The staff there was very helpful and nice in every way. My wilfe is also planning on buying her car in a month or 2 and for that we cannot think of going to any other place than Ed Martin Toyota, Noblesville. More

The dealer has lots of cars to choose. I felt like they just want to sell cars and not care so much about customer experiences. My car was delivered as a rush, the sale person setup the I felt like they just want to sell cars and not care so much about customer experiences. My car was delivered as a rush, the sale person setup the car to my phone and that was it. Not showing anything about the car, functions, how the buttons work. When I came back the next day (Monday) to pay for the car, I asked for it be checked on tires balance and alignment because it vibrates at higher speed. The wonderful service man, James took it in, but it took about 3 hours to be looked at. James acted like they were doing a favor by asking me if I had an appointment, of course not, the car is new and less than 2 days purchased and hasn't finalized payment and already had problem, but that's fine and I expected it, once you bought it, it's my problem, not the dealer's problem. Neither the sale man nor James know how to turn off lane assist function in the car, James acted like it's a safety feature of Toyota and that it couldn't turn off and asked me to call Toyota for help. I hope the dealer could train their sale persons/servicemen better so they know toyota cars more and new car delivery should be explained throughly so customers at least know the car and be excited at the moment instead of going home and look up the manual themselves on how the functions work. Other than that, I like the dealer. More

Understanding that we like to review our options, he was incredibly supportive our approach, never talked down about other brands, and focused on the value of the Toyota Camry. After driving several competitors and reviewing our options, we made the Toyota Camry our top choice. We called Darnell to start the next steps and were fortunate that they had the exact Camry model we wanted. We went in on the day after July 4th, a Saturday, which was incredibly busy. That's when we met Xavier, who is the glue behind all of the staff and ensures an absolutely great experience.Finishing up, we landed with Josh in finance; again, an amazing individual. To summarize: - Darnell, Sales - Aweosme. - Xavier, The Glue Guy (Mgmt) - Awesome. - Josh, Finance - Awesome. At no time did we have feel inconvinienced, under pressure, or otherwise.
