Josh was outstanding from the moment he called to confirm he had the car we've been waiting for (RAV4 Prime) available and worked very hard to get it ready for our purchase/pickup. I give credit to Josh in how he was able to handle the situation and my lack of enthusiasm. He was patient and helpful and got us in and out of there in no time. Josh helped through the entire purchase and stayed with us even though I know he had other appointments and people waiting for him. Marion Swain was also amazing.
