If you are heading to Ventura Toyota, you need to ask for Josh. Instead of trying to push me into something on the lot, Josh put in the time and effort to help me custom build exactly what I needed. He was incredibly patient, super helpful, and kept me constantly updated as the truck went through the entire build process. It is rare to find someone willing to go the extra mile for a hard-to-get model, but Josh nailed it. Highly recommend! More
