Josh who check me in was great! The man who checked me out was not! I told him I needed my key programmed. “It is not on the paperwork”. I was explaining that I had a conversation The man who checked me out was not! I told him I needed my key programmed. “It is not on the paperwork”. I was explaining that I had a conversation with Josh about the fact that it was never programmed when I purchased the car. The 2nd gentleman told me it would take 1&1/2 hours, it didn’t take the salesman that long. I was talking to the 2nd man and mid sentence he turned and said he was going to get my car. The 1st time I brought my car in the service writers, both, were rude. I always buy new cars every 4 to 5 years and have never experienced rude service writers before your dealership. All Acura dealers are 1 hr from my house. You make money on service! I will go elsewhere. I do not know which Josh I was dealing with. More
