These people are a bunch of highschoolers. Carrie Cantu (+1 (713) 516-6446) took my details down to purchase the rs3 here on Saturday and she never took a deposit from me. She said financing w Carrie Cantu (+1 (713) 516-6446) took my details down to purchase the rs3 here on Saturday and she never took a deposit from me. She said financing would be contacting me which they did on Saturday to take my information which I gave them. They didn’t take my deposit either. Neither of them mentioned taking my deposit. They said they would send paperwork over to my address which I got on Wednesday. Carrie called me on Wednesday and said the car has been sold last night on Tuesday. Why did she call me Wednesday at noon to send me the wire transfer information when the car was already sold the night before? She has no idea what she’s doing, she sounds very disorganized and like she doesn’t care about her job at all. I depended on her to be my sales rep to help me in purchasing the vehicle and she couldn’t even remember to take a deposit from the customer (dealership class 101). The financing team blocked me (+1 (832) 984-5826) Very unprofessional and demeaning behavior. They took my address info on Saturday and never asked for a deposit to hold my position to purchase the vehicle. They kept telling me it was supposed to be Carrie who was the one to take my deposit but she said it was the financing team. Which one is it!!!? I never got a clear answer so I called back asking for the manager. The financing team gave me the wrong number for the sales manager. I called the number they gave me and a random person answered the phone. I called the general dealership number and some other manager answered my phone and said he was sorry and we all make mistakes because we are human and he sincerely apologizes for this nonsense. I’m not understanding what the mistake was. The fact that Carrie didn’t take my deposit? Hector didn’t take my deposit? The car has been sold and has already made a deposit on it 2 days before my paperwork came in which we already made a verbal agreement? What was the sincere mistake? Too many to count and the manager says he didn’t even know about the rs3 because he could have gotten it for himself. The staff here is a joke. And what’s worse is my review won’t even matter. These people don’t care about their customers. I’m just another customer to them I mean it is a business after all. These people have no integrity. We had a deal. Forget this dealership and all its partners. I don’t want to see a stupid robotic comment saying things like “we are sorry for the inconvenience please contact our manager and we would like to make this up to you”. There is nothing you can do. The car I had a verbal agreement on has been sold because of your lack of rememberance, lack of communication, lack of care. I could go on and on. Now I blocked you too. Byeee! More
