I was extremely nervous about buying a new car and having the dreaded car payment. Brandon was awesome. I gave him a lot of specifications to meet and he exceeded them. I had went to 3 other dealerships looking for that vehicle that made me fall in love. Thanks to Brandon for finding me the perfect car, Josh for working with me on trading in my previous car, and Aaron for being awesome and answering all of my financial questions and making sure I understood all of the paper work! Enjoyable I was invited to come look at your selection of trucks by Josh Gaines. We found this truck that would fit my budget and it had somewhat low miles for I was invited to come look at your selection of trucks by Josh Gaines. We found this truck that would fit my budget and it had somewhat low miles for the year. I came to the lot and was approached by a guy by the name of Dan Cherkas. This was a pleasant meeting and he was interested in what I was looking for right away. Our conversation didn't stop there but we also had a pretty good connection with the conversation all together. He handled my Jokingly kind of humor really well and even joined in a little. Dan was prepared to show me a truck that was just taken in by your company and instantly had me interested in taking a test drive. Sorry I didn't make an appointment, appointments are for those people that know what they are looking for and not us spontaneous buyers. I bought the truck with confidence that the minor things that needed fixed would be done quickly. I also have to put a plug in about the service department, because that's what families do. My brother Gerry Keysor was a great addition to your company, he will treat you well, I will make sure of it. I'm here to tell you this was a very good experience with everyone involved. Great 1st Impression Chris Kiefer met us late on a Friday when he was walking out of the showroom after closing time.
