Josh was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. I was on my way to another nissen dealer when I stop in to check in to kelly nissen. I showed Josh the price I agreed on with the othe interested in. I was on my way to another nissen dealer when I stop in to check in to kelly nissen. I showed Josh the price I agreed on with the other dealer he asked if I would sit with him and said if I would give him a chance to beat there price. After a wile Josh made me feel more important about my need and came back with a better deal. Josh went over everything with me. After I received the car Josh call me to ask how my wife enjoyed her new car. I was surprised with the call, he also told me to come by or call anytime if I had any questions . Josh is very good with the customer he doesn't xxxxxxxxx and try to pressure them. I fell I got a good deal and was respect by Josh. More
