From start to finish my experience in purchasing my new vehicle was awesome. Josh really listened to my concerns, and never pressured me to buy what I couldn't afford. He showed me the new 2025 Kicks in the showroom complete with all of the modern features. Once I explained to him that at age 70 I was not interested in all of that technology and that I was much more comfortable with less technology, we talked about what features I would be comfortable having. Adam Hoyt, the business manager, gave his recommendations about some extra things I should consider adding. His informative explanations guided me in making the right choices which made me feel confident and secure in my decisions. All in all I am completely satisfied with the end result!!! More
