Service technician did not solve my problem. Charged me $500. Had to get through three employees to explain my issues, finally received refund. If you have electrical issues with your vehicle- t Charged me $500. Had to get through three employees to explain my issues, finally received refund. If you have electrical issues with your vehicle- take it somewhere else! I left with the same problem I showed up with and people unwilling to help or find another solution. Poor customer service and experience. While I was waiting, there was a mouse in their waiting room. Would not return. More
