As a recent widow, having everything clearly documented provided me with peace of mind. Jose promptly addressed any questions I had via text. When I returned to pick up my car, he personally assisted me in connecting my Bluetooth to my hearing aids—a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to me as someone who is hearing impaired.
