Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to read my bio. My name is Jose Saucedo, a sales associate who joined the Auto Sales Industry in 2020. I studied and graduated from McLoughlin High School and also Walla Walla Community College, earning my Associate of Applied Science degree in Automotive Repair Technology. One of the best aspects of my job is being able to come to work and know that everyone is not only able to help one another, but we are here for each other just like family. My customers and colleagues know me for my transparency, easygoing attitude, and ability to make others laugh. My Customers can also agree that I’m not pushy at all, and my commitment is to work harder than any other salesman, ensuring my guests receive the information they need to make a smart buying decision. I love spending my free time traveling and working on personal cars when I’m not at the dealership, meeting new people, interacting with others wherever I go.

Dealership and staff itself, great. Nissan financing itself despicable. Was told the following day after completing all paperwork, deposits etc that Nissan never accepted the paperwork. (More like someone chose not to do their job on a holiday) Told that my labor day deals were no longer applicable and that I would had no choice but switch to an entirely new lender of course with a much higher rate. Misty the finance manager at the dealership was just as embarrassed as I was equally upset. She tells me this is a common occurrence with Nissan financing. Feels like I got bait and switched and if my family didn't love the car I would've just returned it and got my down payment refunded. Misty did everything within her power to Make it Right. If I were Walla Walla Nissan/Chevy I would drop the Nissan and just be a Chevy dealership. I've never encountered dealer financing reneging a day after the deal is supposed to be complete. More

The service center did some repairs to my car and caused a large problem so I ended up having to bring it back.
