I purchased a used 2021 Subaru Outback. My sales consultant was Jose Rodriguez. He went above and beyond to show me a couple of different cars I was interested in. He even drove me over to My sales consultant was Jose Rodriguez. He went above and beyond to show me a couple of different cars I was interested in. He even drove me over to another nearby Leith lot to look at a vehicle in their inventory. Jose made the whole process simple, quick and easy. I would recommend Leith Honda to anyone looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle or new Honda. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this location. I am sure it will not be the last. More

This was my first time buying a car from a dealer and the experience was amazing. I had preorder my car and when it arrived I was on vacation. Jose, who was the person helping me, worked with me to get all t experience was amazing. I had preorder my car and when it arrived I was on vacation. Jose, who was the person helping me, worked with me to get all the paper work and approval done before I had returned from vacation. When I stop at the dealer, I just signed and took my car. I really appreciate that they did not try to sell me unnecessary things. Of course they recommend a warranty that would best serve me but I did not feel pressured into buying it. Overall, great experience More

Jose was fantastic he was not pushy, he brought up the vehicle I was looking at for a test drive no questions asked and I was in and out of the dealership with a new vehicle in a few hours which was the q vehicle I was looking at for a test drive no questions asked and I was in and out of the dealership with a new vehicle in a few hours which was the quickest I've ever experienced. I would have liked more info on the warranties from the Finance Manager. I don't have a pamphlet or anything that details my Honda certified plus plan which would be very helpful. More

Mixed review - Salesperson was great. No issues. Unfortunately the service after the sale - is not so good. My 2022 Honda Ridgeline has a delaminated infotainment screen. The deal No issues. Unfortunately the service after the sale - is not so good. My 2022 Honda Ridgeline has a delaminated infotainment screen. The dealer initially says I (the customer) incorrectly cleaned the screen (false) and I damaged it, and some mysterious person at Honda (the dealer speaks with) indicates the screen damage is from an "outside" influence but doesn't offer details to the vague statement. As a long-time Honda owner (11 hondas in my lifetime) - to say I am disappointed in how Honda and Leith Honda have backed the product they sell is an understatement. So buyers beware - warranty claims at the dealership are shifted to the customer's blame and it's done so to save a nickel by the dealership. Calling the Honda 800 ownership line was as equally frustrating - the poorly trained customer service agent shifted responsibility back to the dealer claiming the dealers are the "eyes and ears" of Honda and they cannot overrule the dealer. Wow-what the xxxx kinda rhetoric is that response? I am not responsible for the Infotainment screen delamination and neither the dealer nor Honda is willing to back up their product. Very frustrated and disappointed customer. More
