I started researching used cars and found one at Longo. I reached out online and was contacted by Fred Williams. He was unavailable to help me when I went into sit down about getting the car. I started researching new models and reaching out to him again because his customer service was so excellent from when he had contacted me in the beginning. He helped me through the long process of getting a new car that everything seemed to go wrong on.
