Above it all you charged for a routine tire rotation, and had astronomical charge for misc which was shop supplies which is usually for in your labor rate. Your labor rate is also high compared to where we came from which had a higher cost of living compared to here. I’ll be honest I bought my 4 runner brand new a few years ago and had good experience. Will buy another in a few years and your dealership will not be getting the business based off all above. Regards More
