He noticed the car was missing new floor mats, owner’s manual and a 2nd key. He delivered these at no additional cost. We had a few loose ends that required mailing checks and follow up. The dealership sent these out in a timely manner. It was a good experience with no surprises. More

We had been searching for a 4x4 Sprinter for a camper conversion for almost a year, and we finally found the one. We live in Oregon, so the first part of the process was done over the phone/email. Ronnie and his colleagues were incredibly responsive, checked in with us often, and made us very comfortable flying out to Chicagoland knowing it wouldn’t be a wasted trip. When we arrived, we had a car waiting for us at the airport. When we got to the dealership, everything was taken care of for us—Ronnie even took our van to the police station for the VIN inspection our home state requires. Jose Gomez, our finance person, was wonderful as well. We talked extra warranties and protection-he is a good salesperson, but very polite and not pushy about anything. We enjoyed chatting with everyone during the whole process, and left so very pleased! Before we left, we got a quick tour of our new van - Jose Garcia was a pleasure, and gave us just enough information (we think he could tell we were itching to get in and drive!) 2000 miles later, we are back on the west coast and enthusiastically planning our RV conversion. We would very much recommend doing business with MB of Hoffman Estates—no pushy sales people, no surprises, and generally no shenanigans.
