I searched online high & low for the right car, coupled with the right price, I found the perfect combination at non other than at Mercedes Benz of Hoffman Estates, There was one problem I was out of state, I had never purchased a car I hadn't seen in person. My salesman Piotr Siemieniuk, put my fears at ease sent me a video i was SOLD with very 1st class professional service from the the very first email down to the last detail, then I met Kelly over the phone she was an instant hit, I could tell she knew her stuff & that she had cultivated relationships with lenders to shop for the best rate. Some transactions can be very one sided not with Kelly she kept me engaged and abreast the entire process, she sent my contract via FedEX. Only thing left was to arrange the logistics of picking up my baby, I opted to fly out and drive back since it was only 5 hours, gave us some much needed alone time to get acquainted. When i arrived at the airport Hoffman Estates arranged travel to dealership i was greeted by Juan the porter he was very nice and friendly. Upon arriving at the dealership everyone treated me like family and were genuinely happy for me. I was given Jose as my product specialist to go over the vehicle he was very knowledgeable about the car & helped me navigate my way through the technology packed S class.
