The buying experience was very negative, GM Tom Mays was full of half truths and did everything he could to discourage me from buying this car. Told me it was the dealerships policy not to accept certified full of half truths and did everything he could to discourage me from buying this car. Told me it was the dealerships policy not to accept certified checks from my credit union or bank. However, Finance Manager Charlie stated he would accept certified checks, I was not going to purchase your car until Charlie changed my mind. I don’t know what Tom’s issue, he made me feel that he is biased. More
