While, initially upset, when we found shortly after leaving the dealership on a Sunday, in the middle of a holiday weekend, that we had no air conditioner, Jose was quick to respond and to set up a schedule to have the problem corrected. Hopefully, they learned something about ensuring all systems on used vehicles perform as expected before leaving the lot, and, I ensure you, we learned that lesson on any future purchase. All in all, the staff at Chev of WW were great to deal with, and to work through our issue with, so I would definitely consider purchasing from them again.
