It took me 2 times to get the recall done. .I tried a couple years ago and never got a call back from the dealership saying they got the part. I had read that this would take a half hour to com .I tried a couple years ago and never got a call back from the dealership saying they got the part. I had read that this would take a half hour to complete but I should give them 1 hr. Maria told me 2 1/2 -3 hrs. Seems a bit ridiculous. Didn't get a call saying it was done at the 2 1/2 hr but it was done. I'm just not impressed with the service. More

Honestly would never recommend coming to this dealer. I got my car on 9-15-24 and by 10-9-24 it was in for an oil change and a noise complaint. I got told there was nothing wrong with my car. Then i dr I got my car on 9-15-24 and by 10-9-24 it was in for an oil change and a noise complaint. I got told there was nothing wrong with my car. Then i drive to Idaho and back and the noise is louder. I go into the dealer and have a gentleman go on a test drive with me. He said yep there’s a noise I hear it. Then it goes in for “tie rods”. I go to pick it up on 10-31-24 I backed out of the parking spot and it maid the noise agin. I go a block or so down the road and it’s still making the noise. Back to the dealer it gose. At this point I’m beyond mad I express how mad I am I then tell them they have tell 11-1-24 at noon to tell me what is wrong with it. At noon I get a phone call and basically get xxxxxxxxxxxx the entire time. I get mad and I threaten a lower at this point. I get told “we are not friends anymore and I need to come pick up my xxxxing car now”. So I do. My car is honestly in worse condition than when it went in. My steering wheel isn’t straight anymore, My alignment is off, My car is still broken, the noise is getting louder, “but there’s nothing wrong with it”. They used a broken jeep to compare mine to. I test drove that other jeep and the reson I didn’t buy it was because it was making noises, there were dash lights on and plenty of more resons. Tell me how you can come pare 2 broken cars? Needless to say I have been treated like trash. I have been told to shut up and listen. I HAVE BEEN DOWN RIGHT DISRESPECTED. I honestly don’t wish this dealer on my worst enemy. CHEVY OF WALLA WALLA SUCKS AND THE MANAGEMENT IS EVEN WORSE. I hope one day yall can stop screwing over customers but unfortunately I don’t think that day will be anytime soon considering my uncle has had his truck less than a week and it’s already broken. My cousin has had nothing but problems with her car as well. If I would have known that I would have never came to this dealer. Have the day you deserve Chevy of Walla Walla. More
