Service tech forgot to turn off maintenance required light had to go back in and have him do it. Also took almost 2 hrs for a oil change. Not acceptable More

Thank you. It's really a let down. I have always loved coming to Lake. No hard feeling but John is always rude to me. I don't care to deal with him ever. Tge other service advisors are nice. As far as my greasy cehicle and cake cap, it shows carelessness to me.

Sorry to add insult to injury but here goes. My oil was overfilled also. By 1.5 quarts. New vehicle hope no damage
