I would leave 0 stars if possible. Drove 3 hrs to appt to see a detailed used car. My Loan ready to go. Car was dirty and not ready to be shown or sold. I confirmed I was on my way that morning and in 3 hrs they still hadn’t cleaned or detailed the car. No excuse for that. A 5 star dealer should do better. They then wanted me to wait for them to detail it. It should make any buyer question if any routine maintenance like an oil change was even done because the dirt under the hood would seem to indicate it hadn’t been touched in months. Buyer be wary. More
