I bought my Jeep from this establishment, the salesperson, Jason, was very nice, not pushy, very professional and went out of his way to help. The service department I am not too happy with them salesperson, Jason, was very nice, not pushy, very professional and went out of his way to help. The service department I am not too happy with them, if you have to have your vehicle serviced and need to leave it, it is very very very hard to get a loaner vehicle!!!! Some of the service personnel needs to brush up on their customer service skills!! More

I had worst experience in this dealership for my Jeep service.I wish I could give 0 stars. I dropped off my Grand Cherokee 4XE on a Thursday 9 am and I was told it will take days to fix(I had 4WD and 2 service.I wish I could give 0 stars. I dropped off my Grand Cherokee 4XE on a Thursday 9 am and I was told it will take days to fix(I had 4WD and 2 recall). No call and update even after days, kept repeatedly calling and I was told parts will come and then they can fix it. Finally I got it on Friday morning. I dropped my Wrangler 4XE as well and they did not even touch the car for 3 days. I pulled the car out without servicing it and taking it to a different dealership. Unprofessional and no communication and do not have technicians to handle 4XE vehicles. Avoid this dealership and definitely 4XE vehicles. More

The service department horrible! ! This department never gives a loaner. I have had my car in a few times for service one time it was there for months and I revieved no car. Today I a ! This department never gives a loaner. I have had my car in a few times for service one time it was there for months and I revieved no car. Today I am again stuck without a car even though the service called me yesterday to tell me the diagnostics and ask for approval to move forward. The man told me the car would be ready by the end of the day. I recieved no call or text to let me know what was going on. Today I find out the part was never delivered and it won't be in until next week. Uggh!! I am reminded why I should go elsewhere for my next car. More

Absolutely brutal service experience filled with lies. My 4th car through this dealership and received Zero customer service. Our car was at service for 3 months! It took 5 weeks before the problem was di My 4th car through this dealership and received Zero customer service. Our car was at service for 3 months! It took 5 weeks before the problem was diagnosed and then an additional item revealed when it was time to pick it up. We endured having to get a m rental and being down a car for the first 2.5 weeks before we could even get a loaner. Promise after promise was broken. It was next to impossible to get a call back or a call when someone said they would call. After 2mos the admin still needed to ask which of our cars was there and what for and that they would have to call back because there were no notes in the system. Zero communication or courtesy what so ever. After 4 cars here I will never be back nor recommend this dealership or quite possibly Jeep/Dodge in general. Absolutely brutal More

High price for oil and my truck had Saturday appointment they told me they lost the work sheet and they did on Monday 02 /20/2023 I needed my truck on Sunday so I had to use someone's car they pick me up they told me they lost the work sheet and they did on Monday 02 /20/2023 I needed my truck on Sunday so I had to use someone's car they pick me up Monday morning around 9:30 a.m.to pickup my truck at the dealer they quoted me a price of 69.50 plus tax when I got to the dealer it was 80.45 I asked they why they said taxes I'm very unhappy I've been dealing with them since I bought the truck there in 2009 for all my service needs More
