Christopher C helped me with my purchase and provided excellent service. I was told this dealership was registered with the IRS but it was not. Really wish I could recommend this place to anyone consider excellent service. I was told this dealership was registered with the IRS but it was not. The salesperson at EchoPark made the purchase process of the truck smooth and easy, so I have no complaints there. After I purchased the truck, I had my own mechanic do an inspection. The truck has 77,0 the truck smooth and easy, so I have no complaints there. After I purchased the truck, I had my own mechanic do an inspection. The truck has 77,000 miles on it. The automatic transmission fluid was a very dark color. The front and rear differential fluid were extremely low and came out as sludge. The transfer case fluid was burnt. It was obvious that EchoPark did not inspect (much less change) the automatic transmission fluid, the front and rear differential fluid, or the transfer case fluid before putting the truck for sale. EchoPark claims that all vehicles go through a 190 point inspection. I do not feel that EchoPark did due diligence on their inspection at all. I asked EchoPark to reimburse me the costs of getting the fluids drained and replaced and they refused. They claimed they wanted me to have their service center do it, but why would I trust them when they didn't do what was needed the first time? Based on this experience, I cannot recommend EchoPark.
