Took my car for a oil change, And a screen problem, They kept car for 12 days, was told to pick up on a Friday and it was not ready had to wait another week,when car was ready car did not hav problem, They kept car for 12 days, was told to pick up on a Friday and it was not ready had to wait another week,when car was ready car did not have oil change let alone tire rotation, Car was turn back super dirty and now is giving me another signal with exclamation point, I had to wait 3 hrs on pick up day for last minute oil change and car wash.also I been waiting on a key for my car that I lost and was on contract if lost I would get a new one,And nothing for a year and a half and still waiting. More

Total miss communication with parts and service . . what was to be like 499-450… came out to 800.00. Horrible , they even admitted they didn’t add activation cost of Fabs , or timing of installation . what was to be like 499-450… came out to 800.00. Got there early with an appointment and I still had to wait over 3 hours for my car, just for an oil change! When I asked the guy after waiting 2 hours he said my car was on the jack and they were working wait over 3 hours for my car, just for an oil change!
