Best car buying experience I have ever had. I seen the car that I bought on the internet and I requested more information. Ten minutes later Mike O'connor called and told me what I needed to kno I seen the car that I bought on the internet and I requested more information. Ten minutes later Mike O'connor called and told me what I needed to know about the car. He "asked" me if I wanted to look at the car? Because I used their "on line" used car estimator and seen what my trade in would be and I also live about 50 miles from the dealership I told him I would not drive that far for that kind of a deal. Mike said that he would make my trip worth while and He did. My trade was actually $500.00 more than I expected and they did not shift the money to the other car. These people are straight and I would recommend Marty Cancila Dodge, Chrysler Jeep to anyone. This is the best car dealership that I have ever dealt with and I have bought 40-45 cars in my 68 years. Hope someone that needs a car reads this and gives these guys a chance. They are a great team! Because Mike is the sales manager he put me together with Jordan who is a very polite young man that treated me like we were old friends from the start. We talked about the car and when the deal was made he stayed with me until the paper work was done. He knew how to operate everything on the car and demonstrated things great. He was there when I picked up the car and manages to be there when I need come back for service. Again I hope someone who needs a good car gives Jordan and Mike a chance, you won't be sorry. More
