I worked in sales for over a decade, I’m not an easy consumer. Kyle, Roberto, and Jordan - their resilience is unmatched. These guys are the Dream Team of auto sales. Made an appointment for my Acadia for recall on the air bag. no parts and they only did an oil change that I really did not need. call ed for 3 days to find out when it would be compleat and was put on hol bag. no parts and they only did an oil change that I really did not need. call ed for 3 days to find out when it would be compleat and was put on hold for 5 minutes then you would hang up on me . I asked the receptionest to have someone call me back with the date it would be compleate and she put me on hold again. went down to the dealer ship to pick up car and was told the parts would not be for 2 weeks.
