I would have given Jordon Findlay a higher score if they would have resolved the problem with the body side molding that was installed on on 10/30. Side molding does not belong on the bottom of the doors. It belongs in the middle of the doors where it performs a functional purpose. More

I have my car serviced at this location every 5000 miles. Yesterday I had the service on the car and I thought the service included checking my battery. Jordan and the team are great but the follow through from the service dept did still not complete errors reported on the vehicle 1) Explained to Luis & Jordan the scuffed paint job on the top of the vehi the service dept did still not complete errors reported on the vehicle 1) Explained to Luis & Jordan the scuffed paint job on the top of the vehicle and after 2 attempts to bring in to service, still not fixed (don’t think is ok Jordan or Luis as falls on the team doing the actual work in the service shop with pictures to prove) 2) Still reverse camera sensor does not have a notification or warning sound so have multiple times hit items behind the vehicle (trashcans and bummed another vehicle) and this issue is still NOT fixed More
