The sales process was great, and Jordan answered all my questions. The paperwork was straight forward, and I appreciated getting a thumb drive of my documents to store. As it was late in the day, and they wanted to detail my vehicle, I left it with them to pick up the following day. I told them I'd be in between 2-3 and texted them that I was on my way. Unfortunately, Jordan had an emergency and had to leave and when I asked for him the receptionist said he was with a customer. We waited for 15 minutes and asked again, and the receptionist said she would have someone find him. After another 10 minutes we asked again and finally they got a sales manager to see what was happening. It took another 20 minutes to find the keys and tag and get my car ready for me to drive home. It would have been better if the receptionist was more proactive instead of making me wait. Everyone was nice but it felt a little chaotic which was unfortunate since the sales experience was good. More
