I leased my 2026 Lexus a few weeks ago. I was very specific about the options I wanted and all but one thing was perfect. However. I was very unhappy about the one item being unavailable. I could not have been more impressed with their dedication to customer service and professionalism! Even the corporate Lexus personnel did not have confidence that we could resolve my issue; Sarasota Lexus continued to work diligently and efficiently and resolved my issue. There was no issues with the buying process and Olga was helpful every step of the way. I found the used car I wanted there and requested to test drive it. I was told they would get it through service and I helpful every step of the way. I found the used car I wanted there and requested to test drive it. I was told they would get it through service and I test drove it the next day. I bought the car and drove it home, only to have some major engine repairs needed less than 2000 miles later. I don’t have even have the actual plates on the car yet and it needs repair. I have not heard anything back from the relevant parties at the dealer to help resolve the issue. More
