I have had a very disappointing experience since I purchased my used Honda Ridgeline from DCH Kay Honda. Since I have purchased it, the car has spent more weekends in Honda dealership repair shops tha purchased my used Honda Ridgeline from DCH Kay Honda. Since I have purchased it, the car has spent more weekends in Honda dealership repair shops than at my house due to issues that popped up the week after I drove it off the lot. There was an issue with one window not opening, and now another dealership service department has confirmed that the entire steering column assembly has to be replaced even though the car has < 36,000 miles. There is still an unresolved issue of creaking noise from the rear windshield that they are unable to figure out. The truck also came missing multiple tie downs in the bed and I had to negotiate with a sales manager to get him to send me the missing parts. His solution was to take off the parts from another pre-owned Ridgeline for sale on their lot, instead of just ordering me new ones! So now, whichever customer purchases that other truck will also have missing parts. I am not sure what kind of inspection they do when preparing pre-owned cars for sale, or if they temporarily patch issues for selling, but my advice is to stay away. This is not a good place to purchase a pre-owned vehicle! More
