Purchased my first car from Honda in 2014, came back 10 years later & asked to work with Scott again. Scott took his time with me. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t overwhelm me to hurry up and make a decision. M years later & asked to work with Scott again. Scott took his time with me. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t overwhelm me to hurry up and make a decision. Made sure all my needs were met and that I was happy with the car I chose. Brought my brother with me, who ended up buying a car from Scott less than a week later. What was once a Toyota family, has now jumped ship to Honda.. and Scott apparently! I have never been so impressed with any dealership in my life! I would highly recommend DCH Kay - I have a 2023 CRV and had a small problem with my battery- Because I drive for work - they went above and be life! Kayla in sales made my car buying experience so much fun. She really helped me factor in some excitement to a very stressful situation for me. Scott in sales helped me feel so much less anxious through the paperwork process and treated me with so much kindness and respect. Ray in finance went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get the car I wanted and needed. He was calm, reassuring and extremely genuine. He supported me in feeling in confident in my choice and explained everything in depth, leaving me which little to no questions. I 10/10 recommend this specific dealership to anyone looking to buy a car new or used. These people understand that being human is complex and they honestly just want to help. Thank you all again! By far the best dealership experience I’ve had! Waited a month to write my review, just so I can evaluate the entire process (ie going to a dealership, purchasing a vehicle and coming back after a Waited a month to write my review, just so I can evaluate the entire process (ie going to a dealership, purchasing a vehicle and coming back after a month for a check up). First, Scott Wendling was my point person. He was personable in communicating with me and patient with me while I decided how I wanted to go forward with my purchase (my process was 9 hours). His team was just as amazing, providing all the details needed in order for me to make an educated decision. Following up after a month to get my car checked, Scott and his team (Armando and Justin) remembered my name and provided the same exceptional service. There’s a reason I drive three hours to get to this dealership. It’s apparent that they value the customer experience, teamwork and making sure the customer leave not just with a good deal but happy. Recently visited this Dealership looking for a used car and spole with Scott. He spent a great deal of time discussing my questions/ concerns. Took one test drive in a car I was interested in then a secon and spole with Scott. He spent a great deal of time discussing my questions/ concerns. Took one test drive in a car I was interested in then a second test drive when I raised an additional concern. I did not buy a car from Scott since I was not completely satisfied with that car...but I very much appreciated the time and attention both he and Dave gave me. More
