I bought a pre-on certified Volkswagen Tiguan from the dealership one year later with only 4000 miles added to the car my rotors had rust I needed to be replaced. My brake pads needed to be replaced. I dropped my car off to have the air bag recall work performed, I found out later that their computer system was down, and had been down for a number of days with no definitive expectation of when it wo performed, I found out later that their computer system was down, and had been down for a number of days with no definitive expectation of when it would be restored. The computer system is required to perform the work. They held my car for an entire day and the work was never performed. Had they been honest and informed me of the situation prior to dropping the car off, I would have rescheduled my appointment for another day. This was a big inconvenience, and I would not recommend going to this dealership; very dishonest. More
