Service was very slow. I was not informed of the rate increase for the diagnostic test until after I had already gotten my car towed to the dealership service center. The price of the diagnostic test has increased significantly it went from $89 dollars to $189 dollars which is ridiculous. When I inquired about the increase I was told it was to be competitive with the surrounding dealerships WHICH MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL. More

Had an appointment for 930 to have tires installed and alignment done vehicle wasn’t done until 5 pm and I was charged an additional 3% because I used a credit card for a$1300 plus service. I was also charged a fee and labor for changing a spare tire. Doesn’t seem for a place that wants to build loyalty they care about the customer very much. I could have gone anywhere to have this service done probably cheaper but I try and be loyal. More
