Jon in sales was very professional and excellent in following up through text, voicemail, and calls. I originally went to the service department whereby I was treated as well as can ever be expected b following up through text, voicemail, and calls. Unfortunately, I brought them a terminal case, but quickly located the perfect replacement in their inventory. I got with Jon and we worked things out without a hitch.
