After years of visiting BMW, Ford, and Chevrolet Service Departments, I have found Davis Dodge. Jon in sales was very professional and excellent in following up through text, voicemail, and calls. I originally went to the service department whereby I was treated as well as can ever be expected b following up through text, voicemail, and calls. I originally went to the service department whereby I was treated as well as can ever be expected by David. He did everything that he said that he was going to do and was a tremendous communicator. Unfortunately, I brought them a terminal case, but quickly located the perfect replacement in their inventory. I got with Jon and we worked things out without a hitch. He introduced me to the service manager who owns two of the same model that I was targeting. He was so knowledgeable that I was super confident going forward! James in finance was easy to deal with and put the finishing touches on the deal as seamless as it goes. Thanks to the whole team at Davis!!!! More
