I was born in Fort Worth and grew up in North Richland Hills. I graduated high school in 2002 and attended Brookhaven College where I graduated from the Ford ASSET program. I've been married to my wife, Amanda, since 2008. We have a beautiful little girl named Hope. When I can find some spare time I like to go shoot or play golf.

Disrespectful and Insulting This employee called me a liar twice, wore his hat and addressed me by "Miss" and/or my first name, which he spoke incorrectly. The only reason I w This employee called me a liar twice, wore his hat and addressed me by "Miss" and/or my first name, which he spoke incorrectly. The only reason I went to Five Star Ford was for an airbag recall, and I included simple oil change with tire rotation, which led to a disappointing and embarrassing experience for me. This employee further insulted me by calling me a liar on two occasions, telling me "You are confused", wearing his hat, addressing me by my first name (which he had incorrect) and calling me "Miss". He needs to be moved to a position where he does not have to interact with the public, specifically senior customers. The service department failed to advise me the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, there was some type of "ignition problem", failed to rotate my tires, and stated: "Your battery has failed. You may not get home. We can replace it for $152.00"; however, when AAA arrived, they tested the battery and clearly stated their was nothing wrong with the battery, but there was battery acid leaking from the battery. It was obvious to me battery acid was leaking when AAA raised the hood on my car. I was grossly disappointed that the service department identified my battery problem incorrectly and it was obvious they made no attempt to even clean the battery, nor the cables. If you experience any problem with the service department, please do not subject yourself to being insulted and embarrassed by Johnny Tisdale. More

Ford contended that it was just bad luck. After all the analysis and understanding the process of adding antifreeze back into the motor after repairs under pressure to detect leaks if there are any...they are "probably" right but it is impossible to know for sure. I did have to elevate the issue to the GM level because I wanted some concessions for my ruined truck and nobody else could make that decision. I drove away with a new F150 3.5l 4x4 and it is more than enough to pull an RV. It is nice when people can share one another's burdens and reach a good compromise. Good job 5 Star Ford More

Not just another number I purchased a new 2018 F150, subsequently the engine failed two weeks after purchase. The dealership did a great job in keeping in contact with me, I purchased a new 2018 F150, subsequently the engine failed two weeks after purchase. The dealership did a great job in keeping in contact with me, although the parts were hard to get from Ford, due to the truck being so new, They were finally able to get the new engine and get it installed, however during testing there was some kind of failure with the new engine. I met with Joshua Fichter, the dealership's general manager, and he immediately went to work on getting me a new truck. I dealt with Robert Morgan - service director, Johnny Tisdale -service drive manager, Ezra McDaniel - service advisor and two other advisors Ron Baron and Odie Terry. Everyone was very understanding and did everything to make a bad situation as pleasant as it could be. They really made me feel like my business mattered even though they are a very high volume dealer, I never felt like I was just a number to them. They empathized as if it was them in my situation and did everything within there control to make me happy. At no time did I ever feel like the dealership did anything wrong, I was just the person in a bad situation. I can't stress enough how important the general manager, Joshua Fichter made me feel as thought my business and satisfactions were of the utmost importance. They have proven that when you have a legitimate problem they are in the trenches fighting for their customers to make it right. That is why they have earned my highest respect and a customer for life. Many individuals could have found all the bad in this situation, but Five Star Ford, North Richland Hills, worked so hard on my behalf there was no way I had any room to complain. Thank you again; Joshua Fichter, Ezra McDaniel, Robert Morgan, Johnny Tisdale, and the additional service advisors Odie Terry and Ron Baron for making me feel like a valued customer! More

Multiple trips in a week for warranty I took my 2016 Mustang GT in for a check engine light, the vehicle only has 20k miles on it. It turned out to be a random misfire, then a cylinder 8 misfire and dead cylinder. I turned it in on a Monday afternoon then picked it up on a Thursday afternoon, i then turned around and took it back for the same reasons on that Saturday morning. I received a call Monday afternoon saying my timing was out and that they will need to keep it until the end of the month to get it back to the heavy line service department. I spoke with the service manager and was told to not be concerned even though he has never heard of these issues happening before, my main concern is that this car is a year old and was bought brand new and has been kept up to date on all services. This is my only source of transportation to school and work, having to pay for a vehicle I can no longer drive is unacceptable. Granted a rental was given but not what I am paying my hard earned money for. I was informed that if another accurance was to arise then the engineers will have to be notified and my car again will be turned in for a undetermined amount of time. I just feel like this is a horrible issue that needs to be looked into further then just being dismissed as a random event. This situation has left a bad taste in my mouth over all, I pay a lot of money for something I can not enjoy. More
