I am a Senior Citizen and I was having trouble with my Chevy Traverse. I called the dealership with whom I usually deal with is Craig Pozarski . When I called, I was told by John Webler that Craig was on Chevy Traverse. I called the dealership with whom I usually deal with is Craig Pozarski . When I called, I was told by John Webler that Craig was on vacation. I asked who was handling his cases ,and John said ", We kind of all pitch in for each other." I told him my situation and told him I would have to have my car towed in . He didn't seem like he wanted to help me. After I hung up , I told my daughter, I don't think this guy is very friendly. When I had my car towed to the Dealership,I asked for John Webler and I was told that he was not at his station. Mr. Allen then stepped in and was going to help me when John came back. I approached him and was trying to tell him that we had spoken on the phone and I was there for my car. In the rudest manner ever John said ," What do you want me to do , miracles?" Then he gave my keys to Cameron Allen. I have always spoken so highly of Lake Chevrolet. My favorite Service Adviser is Craig Pozarski . I have never been so humiliated !! He said this to me in front of my tow driver , my daughter and Mr. Allen. I am a widow and have had to deal with car troubles myself. Hurry back safely Craig !! More

John's customer service was outstanding especially with clear communication on what was wrong with my car. Drew wasn’t interested in idle chat during our transaction but having said that he had me in and out within less than 15 minutes. I had an oil change and less tgan 2 weeks later needed to put windshield wiper fluid in the car. I’ve had the car since November, 2017, and have never had to fill that. Makes me wonder what other fluids were put windshield wiper fluid in the car. I’ve had the car since November, 2017, and have never had to fill that. Makes me wonder what other fluids weren’t checked. Would have been better off at a 15 minute oil change place. More
