I was not told before signing paperwork for my Honda Prologue that chargers were currently unavailable and on back order. It was not until I was leaving the parking lot that I was told to come back the Prologue that chargers were currently unavailable and on back order. When I called for my charger the following week, I was given the run around multiple times just to be told that the “real” charger would not be in until a month later but they ordered chargers from a different manufacturer. I was then told that they would be there that day, which they weren’t. The sales person who sold me the car did not check their inventory for chargers before signing paperwork work. More

Purchased a honda 1 year ago, very pleased with the whole process. Went back this year and Lakai found a very nice vehicle for me. The customer experience from that point was lacking. I called ahead to set a process. Went back this year and Lakai found a very nice vehicle for me. The customer experience from that point was lacking. I called ahead to set a time for my wife and I to complete the cash purchase. We waited over 2 hours to get to finance, to complete a 15 Minute process. After leaving the dealership I discoverrd the down payment was not credited to the transaction resulting in an overpayment by me. When I called back to alert finance I was told there was no one that could authorize a refund and I would need to wait until Monday. When Monday came I called and was told the only person that could help me was not in and again I needed to wait. The situation was finally resolved but it should have never happened and things seemed to be very disorgainized beyond the actual selection of the vehicle. More
