I had problem from the beginning. Purchased on a Thursday picked up vehicle on Saturday. It was supposed to get cleaned and serviced before pick up due to it was a recent trade in. It Purchased on a Thursday picked up vehicle on Saturday. It was supposed to get cleaned and serviced before pick up due to it was a recent trade in. It was not cleaned when I picked got home Under hood was dirty not cleaned so were inside doors. I called salesperson and I was told basically they were not going to clean it. My Major problem was in finance department even though vehicle was not financed. We Purchased a warranty and to this day have been trying to reach finance person for correction on paper work. Angelo does not return my calls or email. I even reached out to finance manager for assistance. I am considering cancelling warranty and purchasing warranty else where if not resolved. Once a vehicle is sold they don't want to deal with the buyer. Before a sale they are always helpful until they get you sold. I want my corrected warranty paper work its been paid for. More

The sales and finance group did excellent. I would buy from them again. I do have a problem with the policies of the dealership. They keep one of the FOB’s and will not pass it on even thou I would buy from them again. I do have a problem with the policies of the dealership. They keep one of the FOB’s and will not pass it on even though I bought the car with cash. Once the check cleared I believe that the second FOB should have been provided to me. I fear that this second FOB will be sold on EBay and who knows who has access to my car. More
