Horrible!!! John Thorpe didn’t want to sell us the car because we weren’t financing through them, came pre approved with a cashiers check for Elk Grove Toyota and apparently they don’t take cashiers check because we weren’t financing through them, came pre approved with a cashiers check for Elk Grove Toyota and apparently they don’t take cashiers checks from a bank, never heard of that anywhere else and when the bank called him he claimed he “wasn’t there all week” when we drove an hour and a half two days in a row to go buy a brand new Camry and was there with him in specific, If your not gonna finance through them they will make it impossible to buy a car here. Still tried to run our credit and said we needed “backup financing” even though we already had approved financing through a credit union. Horrible service, finance department is horrible, they just want people to finance through them. Wish they had 0 stars More

My name is Mike Alegre. I have been working with Marty Gabrielli for over 2 + years via e mail on a Rav 4 XLE Hybrid. Finally decided on one that had our terms met. However, on the day that I was to come in to sign paperwork, I was taken to the hospital with covid. While in the hospital, I was in contact with Marty and the sales manager and they agreed to hold the vehicle to such a time that when I was released I could come in and do all the paperwork They held the vehicle and in fact marked it sold. I have since purchased the vehicle and couldn't be more happier on the total experience. I felt no pressure at all and was very happy that Marty kept in contact every few months to tell me inventory and specials etc. I very much appreciated that. I am 65 years old and have been purchasing new vehicles up and down California for over 45 years and this has absolutely been the easiest and best experience that I have had in purchasing a new vehicle. There are at least 4 other dealerships that are probably closer to where I live, but I will drive to Elk Grove Toyota because of the people that work there and how I was treated. So, thank you Elk Grove. You have made and old man very happy! More

I made an appointment yesterday with one of their VIP managers at 315 for a 515 appointment the same day. Texted them I would arrive at 528 according to my GPS from Roseville. They said okay. VIP manager? That title is a joke! 10 minutes later someone comes out. We help outselves and find one of the vehicles we wanted to test and buy. Look closer and says sold. Keep in mind only reason I drove out there was to see this specific 4 runner trd pro. VIP manager leaves and comes back 15 minutes later and says other truck we were to see was sold also trd premium. Poor customer service waste of time. No excuse they could have called me and saved me my Sunday evening and gas. Don't go here. More
