This has been such a great car buying experience! I just had to share it. from Long Troung the sales representive, to Chris Her in Finance and today John Thorpe to finishe the loose ends that could not be d had to share it. from Long Troung the sales representive, to Chris Her in Finance and today John Thorpe to finishe the loose ends that could not be done on a Sunday! Wow all these people were so polite and helpful throughout the a stressful and tiresome process. I want to share why it was so tough. My husband and I had to go to a memorial service and then to the car dealer to trade-in our car and then pick up the new one. When we got to the dealership at 4:45p.m. we discovered that we had grabbed the wrong pink slip! Ugh; the dealership is 50 miles away from our city! when we told Long and Chris they said no problem just come back tomorrow when you can and bring it. When I arrived on Monday the 28th or March with pink slip and cashiers check; Chris Her had the day off and John Thorpe stepped right in and took me to all the right departments to get all that needed to be done. Their fast and efficent service was great I was in and out of there in about 35 minutes. I sincerely thank the staff at Elk Grove Toyota. Hurray for you for giving such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! What I liked about this experience was that everyone involved was very honest and friendly with making the purchase. Matthew was very knowledgable and made the effort to find the answer to the quastions involved was very honest and friendly with making the purchase. Matthew was very knowledgable and made the effort to find the answer to the quastions I had. His manager Steve was very honest about the financing portion and Josh in finance was very honest about the best value for some of the added features such as car alarms and extended warranties. At no time did I feel the staff was over pushy or overly aggressive in making the sale. I would recommend this dealer to friends and family. More

Matthew was wonderful. He answered all are questions and didn't rush us. We never felt any high pressure sales from any of the staff we encountered. We did not intend to buy a Prius today, just out comparing prices as we have been doing for some time now. But after just a few minutes of arrival, John greeted us and showed us their selection of P comparing prices as we have been doing for some time now. But after just a few minutes of arrival, John greeted us and showed us their selection of Priuses. The prices were comparable to the others we've seen, but what got our attention was John's willingness to keep our interest by informing us of the special deals. He was upfront and committed to working with us until the end. We were at the dealer for more time than I had planned or ever expected, but John and his team were patient and accommodating to our needs and expectations. Afterward, Debra was very informative and helpful as we were finishing with our contract. Overall, this Toyota dealer made a commonly stressful situation a non-threatening, pleasurable experience and we are very happy with the time spent there, and of course, our brand new 2010 Prius. Thank you everyone at Elk Grove Toyota who made this happen! More
