Easy from Start to Finish I brought in my GM (Chevrolet) to trade in after having done pretty extensive research on what car I was looking for. I had emailed with Taylor Catron previous to coming into the dealer. She was the only person at any Ford Dealer (4 total) that I had dealt with who was not pushy or rude at some point in the process. She set me up with Mark, and after I came in and Mark greeted me, I dealt with John pretty much the rest of the process. I got what I was looking for with my trade and everything was pretty easy from start to finish. I love my new Focus and I hope that the rest of my experiences with Walt Sweeney Ford are as effortless as this one was. More

2014 Escape purchase I enjoy having John Sweeney as my sales rep. John is a professional in all aspects. His product knowledge is superb and his communicative skills are I enjoy having John Sweeney as my sales rep. John is a professional in all aspects. He utilizes this knowledge and skill to understand the customer's needs and, in doing so, channels the customer to the Ford product that best suits those needs. I feel comfortable with my product choice. He is also patient in explaining the use of the electronics. I do not consider myself to be computer "astute". When I picked up the car John did a great job of explaining interior operations - phone, radio, information displays, etc. This enabled me to enjoy these tools from day one. Most important to me is the fact that I depart the transaction knowing that I have been treated in a fair manner. I bought my first Ford from John three years ago and did not consider your competitor's products this time due to my experience then. That experience repeated itself last week. As far as the dealership in general, professionalism rings through out. I can tell the employees like working there, another sign of fairness. John Treglia did a great job with post sale processing.
